The Managing Director of Thermal Tower Plants Holding Company announced: Permit to build 10,000 MW of power plants was issued for industries / thermal power urgent actions to reduce blackouts in the country
The CEO of the TPPH Company said: "the construction permit for 10 thousand and 536 MW of new power plants with an investment volume of 6 billion Euros was issued by the major industries of the country."

Mohsen Tarztaleb said in a press conference: "These projects include 13 power plants in 12 provinces of the country, which according to the program, these combined cycle power plants will be completed within the next three years. The efficiency of these power plants is high and their water consumption is very low, and 10% of this requested capacity is to be provided by renewable power plants."

Tarztaleb continued: "These units include phase two of Mobarakeh Steel Power Plant, Persian Gulf Special Zone Power Plant, Al-Mahdi Aluminum Power Plant, second phase of National Iranian Copper Industries Company, second phase of Chadormelo Power Plant, second phase of Golgohar Power Plant, South Aluminum Power Plant (Salco), the first phase of Iran Aluminum Power Plant, the first phase of Iran Alumina Power Plant, the power plants of water transmission line from the Persian Gulf, the Mines and Metals Development Power Plant, the Khuzestan Steel Power Plant and Imidro."

The CEO of TPPH Company emphasized: "In order to encourage, assist and cooperate with the industries, we are ready to provide the gas units of our power plants to the industries so that they can turn them into a combined cycle block. We are also ready to provide the industries with previously obtained licenses to the industries."
