The legal office of Thermal Power Plant Holding
(TPPH) has achieved success on setting up, launching, collecting data and
exploiting comprehensive legal system of the Ministry of Energy.
According to Thermal Power Plants Holding
(TPPH)’s public relations and international affaires’ office- Hojatol-Islam
Fatemi, the secretary general of the legal office of TPPH announced this event:
“Thermal Power Plants Holding (TPPH) Parent Company is the first affiliate
companies under the Ministry of Energy’s administration that has launched this
system.”
“Currently all project claim lawsuits of the
parent company have been entered to the comprehensive legal system and all the
process of digitalization filing are done to replace old method of paper
filing,” he added.
In terms of the advantages of launching this
system Mr. Fatemi explained that organizing and easing access to project claim lawsuits
of the company, reaching latest situation of the files online, having
access to administrative reports, increasing fast access on files and their
situation in justice or non-justice courts. As a result, the quality of legal
services and less time consuming process can be predicted.
“In addition to clear information
on project claim lawsuits’ statistics and their legal steps of each of them,
general administration of lawsuits in a scientific method with the least error
potential will be possible,” he explained.
It should be added that the idea
and design and primary software analysis and programming of this comprehensive legal
system is done by Mr. Fatemi, the secretary general of the legal office of
Thermal Power Plants Holding (TPPH). After suggesting the idea in the Ministry
of Energy, the idea was approved by the legal council of the Ministry of Energy. This legislation will be
executed in all departments and affiliated companies of the Ministry of Energy.
