According to
TPPH Co. Public Relations and International Affairs Office, in the session with
was held with the presence of I.R. of Iran and Power Machines Company Managing
Director, Mohsen Tarztalab, TPPH Managing Director talked about the detail of
this Memorandum of Understanding. He said: “it is a long time that various
negotiations has been started between two Companies for upgrading and
modernization of Ramin Power Plant and it was supposed financing will be
prepared from the Russian government loan for this project.”He stressed:
“our prediction is that about 450 million euros will be the cost of execution
fee and some Iranian companies will cooperate with Power Machines Company for upgrading
and modernization of Ramin Power Plant.”
While
emphasizing that high level of political will between leaders of two countries
has been shaped, I.R. of Iran Minister of power mentioned: “there is political
will between two sides for cooperation, but the relation between executive and
economic managers is dimmer.”
Referring to
long term and short term aims of Russian Power Machines Company for cooperating
with Iranian important companies in water and power industry, Ardakanian said:
“we hope will May 2019 which Joint Commission on Iran-Russia Economic and
Commercial Cooperation will be held in Tehran, we will see the operation of
today's agreements between Iran important companies in water and power Industry
and Russian Power Machines Company.”
The president
of Joint Commission on Iran-Russia Economic and Commercial Cooperation
stressed: “the duty of this commission and Officials of two countries in Tehran
and Mosco must be filling the gaps of economic cooperation because current
agreements between Iranian and Russian companies will be a common season for decreasing
the gaps between two countries’ political and economic relations.”
