The steam unit of Gol Gohar Sirjan CCPP (Gahran) with the 160 Mw capacity synced to the National Grid

According to TPPH Co. Public Relations Office, Amir Dodabi Nejad, Private Power Plant Project Executor said: “the power plant includes two gas units, each with 166 Mw and one steam unit with 160 capacity is located in Kerman Province in Sirjan city.”

He added: “the efficiency in this unit is about 50 percent and its construction cost is more than 140 million euros. The main fuel of the power plant is natural gas and has 2 fuel tanks, totally 40 cubic meters. They can prepare fuel for power plant, if the gas is interrupted for 20 days.”

Dodabi Nejad mentioned: “the contractor for constructing steam unit of this project is MAPNA Company and its private investor is Sirjan Gol Gohar Energy Company.”
